Ron Fortier has a significant amount of experience in marketing and advertising. He attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and later enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he received his B.F.A. He was accepted as a graduate students at the University of Miami on a full-ride scholarship where he received his M.F.A.
Ron is a marketing consultant and advertising creative resource. He is a copy writer and scriptwriter, layout artist and video producer/director. Mr. Fortier has been an adjunct instructor in Art History and studio art at Bristol Community College and Community College of Rhode Island. He was also an adjunct instructor in Marketing at the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Ron Fortier is the co-publisher of the South Coast Artist Profiles website. He lives in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
