Website Hosting and Support FAQ’s
What does my website hosting and support package include?
Our website hosting and support package includes the hosting of the website, regular maintenance and software updates, security checks, daily backups and technical support. It also includes up to one hour of our time each month to assist with content edits or additions to the website – this includes such tasks as changing photos, updating page copy, adding new employees, posting blogs, posting new videos, adding events, adding new products, creating new landing pages, etc. This also includes one quarterly analytics review upon request. This does not include any custom photography, video editing, copywriting, search engine optimization, redesigning of the website or assistance with non-website related tasks i.e. social media postings, email campaigns, digital advertising or work in third party software platforms etc. Support hours do not rollover and cannot be applied to other non-website support related projects.
